The answer is "not soon enough". Let's hope that it is in next year's budget. I believe that creating a real neighbourhood hangout spot with a proper park there is critical for the success of this quickly transforming few blocks.

Before removing the ramp, the new offramp at Simcoe has to be ready and I don't think that all this this can be done next year.
 
How can the new ramp at simcoe be built without tearing down the existing ramp first? It is in the exact same spot as the current ramp..
