Not only that the original facade is brick, currently covered up by yellow siding, so it wouldn't make sense to go to the effort of restoration just to cover it back up.
 
Not one of Bazis best looking building! I hope it turns out better than the rendering. Or redo the facade's cladding to blend in with the historical buildings below!
 
VP of Deltera is registered to lobby on this one.

Appears to be in regards to the Site Plan which is still under review.
 
Maybe take it as a fwiw, but according to this realtor's website who specializes in precon sales, this is expected to be a joint development by Bazis and Tridel.
