I have a unit here but it doesnt close until april 2011. This project turned out real nice and some nice equity was made on the units as well.

if you don't mind my asking what floor are u on? i'm on the 14th and moving in in January - trying to get an idea of when last floor will be moved into and then ownership tranferred to unit holders

I would like to know too! I'm on the 19th floor and mine doesn't close until mid Feb... patiently waiting for the notice to schedule the PDI appointment to come in!

Getting close to completion. Lots of landscaping going on, units on the ground floor look almost done, equipment is in the gym.

Why doesn't this project get much fanfare? It's one of the nicer projects in the last year. Dare I say....it's nicer looking that X? Please don't stone me.
Just kidding - Quay West is an excellent project. Same architect as X.
