This is frustrating because there is a perfectly fine and simple grid motif happening here that is being completely thrown off and obscured by the chaotic multi tone aluminum panels. This would look fine with a uniform, high quality cladding like precast or maybe Corten steel to allow that grid to show through.

The architecture seems to be set in stone. curious about those silvery metalic panels and how they will perform to provide some "shimmer" to the building.

Layout wise, those 2 bedroom layouts are horrendous. There is no room anywhere for a couch or sitting area. In the 1 bed all they have to do is move the bedroom door to the end so you can get a full wall where you can put a TV without a door in the middle. They can do so much better. Hoping these get refined further.
