I love the delta frames and the glass walls, but the restoration of the old warehouse leaves a lot to be desired. The brickwork is really shoddy -- they clearly cheaped out on masonry because the new brick isn't even close to matching the heritage brick. The windows on the warehouse are pretty bad too.

Which is not to say I don't like this development. I think it's great overall, and has done wonders for this intersection. But we need to demand more of Toronto developers when it comes to heritage.

I love how QRC and Tableau's podiums echo each other -- it's a delightful synergy between the projects.
