How does CentreCourt work so quickly? It hasn’t even been a year since this reached grade and we’re past halfway?
They’ve managed to do pull this off with 55 Mercer too.
And from what I can see they’re both quality builds, on the outside.

Yes, they're fast. The crew's usually working on Saturdays. I bet by the end of this week half of the 25th floor will have been formed, although work may slow down tomorrow due to the storm.
