Pluribus Town Square, AKA "Chateaux of Caledon": a proposed 5-storey mixed-use condominium and commercial building and POPS designed by Architecture Unfolded for MDTR Group (operating as "Pluribus Corp") on the northeast corner of Old Church Road and Atchison Drive in Caledon East.

It’s refreshing to see a project with “square” in the name that actually delivers a public square of some kind. There should be retail fronting onto it with patios in the square.

The surface parking still takes up twice the space though... at least it's a big step in the right direction haha
