Not sure if anyone as posted this before, but the crane (and RCS slightly) is peaking into view from the Rogers Centre 500s now.
Curious how tall this will appear when finished. From this angle, do we think it'll be taller than ICE?

Does anyone know if there will be glass fins/panels that will cover up the mechanical box up top on the roof so that it's not visible?

From the island it’s already looking like the tallest building in the skyline. Considering there’s still 21 floors plus mechanical, you can imagine how tall it’s gonna look

Correct me if I'm wrong,
But I believe that's an older rendering, before the most recent minor variance application (the one to 106s, 351 meters).
In the architecture plans, the box does stick above the glass panels.

As of now, I don't think there has been any change to the architecture plans, and the top of the tower may finish like depicted in the plans above. ^

I saw the new plan’s architectural drawings, posted here a few pages back. The mechanical floor is shown in one of the drawings simply for illustration purposes but another drawing indicates it will be covered by glass.

^Yes, that one had thrown a lot of folks including myself to believe we where going to be left with an exposed mechanical eyesore, when in fact it will be covered with a vestige glassed wall in keeping the tower's continuity. Also see the CIBC Square towers as an example of that effect.
