In the yellow bubble appears10 silver tubes/pipes/hoses, what are they? I thought they were part of the concrete pumping system but I see 10 more of them to the south and they’ve built rebar around them in a wall and they are staggered. Now I’m thinking they will pull cables through them and then prestress them in tension, does that make sense? Thoughts?

I think you’re right with the tension cables. Some on the other longer west side walls too.

based on the height relative to Sugar Wharf 2 (tallest of which is 299m) these look to be the proposed height (344m & 306m)Are these depicting the approved height or the proposed height increase?
