I guess the white squares are a thing. I thought there were labels at first.

Are these two lower doors a different tint? No camera adjustments. No obvious reflection source.

They are stickers, don't have a doubt in my mind. Likely being used for workers to easily identify what part of the pattern they are installing. You can see the bubbling from the sticker in one of the photos.

I do wanna say it's quite shocking how clear the sections without a frit are, i imagine that'd be quite dizzying if you have a clear balcony high up.

Makes for an incredible contrast though.

I suspect speculation based on the competition with The One which also seeking a height increase.

...as it has been mentioned before though: Based on the shape of the Sky Tower, it would be much more difficult for them to add floors. This is not to say that Pinnacle wouldn't do that anyway, but I guess we'll wait and see.
