While it's great that they are accelerating the pace on phase 1, it probably means phase 3 is far from getting going. Hopefully they'll start phase 2 soon (I get that it's not even marketed yet)
 
Sales will likely sag measurably in the outskirts but key downtown / midtown corridor signature properties like this and the First Gulf Mirvish site as examples will still attract sufficient attention.
