That new east-west street is getting its sewers and watermains! I assume it will be finished next year (though presumably not open until this building is finished.) Lower Sherbourne widening and straightening may happen sooner

I agree it's early days but it does look utilitarian and that's quite some qualification!

Taken today around 1 pm along Lakeshore - curtain wall being installed.
Can’t help but think how bland the block of phase 1, phase 2, Empire and 180 QQE are going to look with whites, greys and blacks.

Also I think it’s a crime that we haven’t linked any of Quayside buildings with an underground Path.

From where? Sugar Wharf Phase 2 was supposed to be the closest the PATH got to Quayside/Bayside and that’s a block away and no plans for shovels in the ground. I’ll be happy if it gets to One Yonge anytime soon.
