It doesn't sound like they have the money to do that, but they're probably hoping to sell the land to someone who does.Could it be that they have a change of plans to build something higher than these towers etc. Being the reason for the delays just a thought!
I can see this parcel of land developing slightly taller towers being close to those high end skyscrapers and supertalls to the west of this property lol!It doesn't sound like they have the money to do that, but they're probably hoping to sell the land to someone who does.
It would require a minor variance in front of committee of adjustment, but the developer often does it after NOAC.Could it be that they have a change of plans to build something higher than these towers etc. Being the reason for the delays just a thought!
By nearby high end skyscrapers, I hope you don't mean Daniels' Taj Mahals next door.I can see this parcel of land developing slightly taller towers being close to those high end skyscrapers and supertalls to the west of this property lol!
Ha ha ! I said to the west of this property not next door lol!By nearby high end skyscrapers, I hope you don't mean Daniels' Taj Mahals next door.
I'm talking about the five towers that either supertalls or closes to it west from this development by the future Harbour st extension route. That I'm sure you know are in contsuction or going to be built from the Menkes and Pinnacle developers.Daniels is indeed the next property west of this one.
The Aqua Tech (?) company who still had a pump and a tank on site removed their equipment last week. As the 'lake' seemed to be getting deeper I doubt it has been working for a while. So, the project is still going on?
It looks to me as though Greenland and Pinnacle have(or had?) some sort of partnership . Another page on this Ontario site seems to say this was/is a NAME CHANGE dating back to 2016, and NOT anything new.I found this online, looks like the rumor received its confirmation, Greenland sold Lakeside Residences to Pinnacle.
