In this rendering, what are the two 10-ish story buildings between the Lakeside towers and the Daniels towers? Are they part of this project? They're not shown on the project website.
Or are they supposed to represent this one?

I would assume that they're just removing the asphalt/concrete and grass, then drilling, with actual digging still weeks or even months away.
