I dropped by Pinnacle Grand Park's open house yesterday to tour the four model homes and enjoy a delicious complimentary signature brisket sandwich by Hogtown Smoke!

Here is a recent shot of the tower from the Northwest corner of Burnhamthorpe and Grand Park.

Great to see some of the final touches come together, we are expecting to have our first residents move in in early spring!

I like the way this building meets the street corner. Although it isnt unique, it creates a nice urban realm. Lets hope the north side of Burnhamthorpe with all those awful single detached homes gets redeveloped accordingly to match the south side.
