Tree selection and shrub selection are both reasonable, though I could do w/o the Ginkos.

I like the planting beds as an idea, and the thought that's gone into them.

Some of the species may require a bit of weeding, but as long as that's planned for.............

My only slight bitch is day lily. Nothing wrong w/that choice, but Wood lily is the native species for Toronto, its beautiful and resilient, but locally extirpated. Be nice to see that brought back instead.

Working at Pinewood right now. This can't come soon enough. The entire GTA is bustling with television and feature productions and we need more studio and production facilities ASAP. I heard from a colleague that they plan to eventually dismantle the existing Jumbo stage and replace it elsewhere on the property.... something to do with the naturalization of the mouth of the Don.
