Toronto Picasso Condos | 128.62m | 39s | Mattamy Homes | Teeple Architects

This thing stands out so much even at 39s I really hope we eventually get something similar but even taller. Something that stands out as much but on a larger scale. It really helps break up the monotony. There are so many towers that on their own are decent enough but blend in together.

Watching this tower come together better than its render is the reason I love urban development. Too many times nice designs get watered down or cancelled, but this is a case where something so daring and bold has come out better than planned. The red cladding is especially nice. I hope it shows other developers that colour does not have to be feared! Thanks for the great photos everyone.

I saw this when I was down at the cinemas last week, it's a stunner! I hadn't been down that way in quite some time, I was surprised at all the new buildings around there in the past year & a half maybe two years, some very dramatic changes. But this is the one that really catches the eye and demands a moment to admire.

Yes, this project is turning out really nice; not just the original colour scheme, but the balcony locations and mini cantilevers too.

It's really quite a nice extension of Queen Street's messiness.

Nice shot. I really love how this is turning out, although that lone grey cube at the northwest corner looks a bit awkward.
