The only way it could have stood out more is if they had gone with the original design. This one of fine as is imo.
 
I like Picasso if for no other reason than it will bring some colour to an area that is becoming increasing blue sterile.

We cannot believe the changes to the look and feel of Richmond and Adelaide Streets from clubland to residential. This is one of the very best projects in the area.
 
Really? I'm not sure sure. I was admiring how there's an asymmetry there. Toronto is an extremely square city (in the shape sense of the word); these small asymmetries are rare and welcome, imo.
