The BBB Architects website has a better (larger) render, but it seems to be blocked from downloading or even screen-capping.

What an odd looking development. The metal portion in the middle looks very interesting, but the relationship with the rectilinear towers looks strange and lacks harmony. The rhythm of all the parts is really weird and disjointed.

Nice to see that the vestibule festooned to the front of that heritage structure looks to be removed.
That structure isn't part of this development. The vestibule was just removed to make the rendering more attractive.

That's very unfortunate. How the hell is it going to get saved and restored to its former glory now? There's no way to fit a tower on that site behind it.

I'd imagine there will soon come a time when that heritage building will get its due. Used to know a scenic painter who lived in there, maybe a decade ago now. Threw great parties. The interior had seen better times. It's probably that much more in need of some TLC now.

What are you referring to regarding the "vestibule"? the square addition in front of the heritage building (New York Furs)? that is still in the picture though.
