Exactly. That's why timing and strict control of built form is essential for those new grand boulevards. I wouldn't like to see them crushing the whole city, but one grand boulevard lined with buildings as in those Vimy Circle renderings would have been quite nice.

Well, these days at least. Back when they were building the University Extension in the first place...not so hard.
