Pattulo Apartments (AKA "Caledon Affordable Rental Housing Project") is located on Tim Manley Avenue and Pattulo Drive, southeast of McLaughlin Road and Mayfield Road, in Mayfield West Phase II in the Town of Caledon. The six-storey development will contain 80 affordable rental housing units including two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. A total of 320 sq. m. of interior amenity space and 176 sq. m. exterior amenity space is provided. 101 parking spaces will be provided including six (6) accessible spaces. In addition to being universally designed, the Project will include:
- 21 per cent of the units will be fully accessible;
- 40 per cent of the units will be offered at 60 per cent of the Median Market Rate (MMR);
- Reduced energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions
