A development application has been submitted for the next phase of Parkside Village located on the current site of the Parkside Village sales office (Block 6).
The address is 4015 Parkside Village Drive, and is located on the northeast corner of Burnhamthorpe Rd W and Parkside Village Dr. The site is located north of M1, west of PSV, and south of Block Nine.

Interesting that they're moving on this site first instead of the one immediately south of Avia and east of Voya considering this is where the sales office is.

The site you’re talking about is for their signature tower. The largest tower of the development. The market isn’t there to sell that at this time. Moving a sales centre is a lot easier than selling an additional 30 floors.
