Street signage at PARKDALE HUB still has the old massing concept, it was never updated for the Fall 2023 changes.

In the latest update to CreateTO the Parkdale Hub RFP has been pushed back at least one quarter.
I see no explanation for a delay of 3 months here........ I find that concerning.

Dollarama have opened a new store further west at 1488 Queen S W, the former location of a Guardian Pharmacy. Talks around the nabe is that it's a replacement for this store that will eventually close to make way for the overall Parkdale Hub project.

It's a bit weird because their new location also has an active redevelopment proposal.

Well............they missed their delayed target...........again............
The latest report from CreateTO suggests this one will go to RFP next month....... if they make it..........it will be one quarter behind their latest, delayed/revised target.......I'm not holding my breath. No one here seems to know what a deadline is.....
