Many condos in the city advertise the "view of the city". I owned a unit at 825 church (centre right) for a few years. It was on the 18th floor NE corner facing the valley (you could actually add another 9 or so floors just for being at the edge of the ravine)...the view in all seasons was nothing short of stunning, particularly in the fall. It will be the same here. As for the city view side...garbage.

I dislike how see-through the gold is. When you look at it from the street you can really notice all the exhaust and vents behind the envelope. Takes away from how 'grand' they were trying to make it look.

the glass on this one looks to be really high quality/low iron. I know it's window wall based on the installation, but it looks so uniform, I actually thought it might be curtain wall from some angles
