Toronto Parade at Concord CityPlace | 127.4m | 44s | Concord Adex | P + S / IBI

Im back uptown now so more photos would be awesome. I left kinda early.
Note: cityplace seemed more like a functioning neighbourhood than ever tonight. The friends congregating in the park, the dogs playing, it really makes me want to move there when my lease expires in march
 
Half an hour ago, from my point of view driving down the Gardiner, the bottom of the bridge had almost cleared the top of the podium buildings.

The "Concord" banner is really tacky advertising and I can't wait for it to be taken down so we can yet again see the nice glass they've used on the skybridge.
 
I think it's very smart advertising. How many 100,000s of people are going to drive by on the Gardiner and see this in the next few days? How many millions of media impressions are they going to get in the news when all the Canadian channels start reporting on it. Good for them! And good for PCL.
 
Although the name of the company is "Concord" it is such a generic word that most people will not be sure what they are looking for online. Their sign should have read "www.cityplace.ca" instead.
