Looking at it a month or so ago, it more finish now than earlier this year, but not 100% complete. Its looks like a make work project now. Its a so so building and it different from the run of the mill projects.

Not necessarily breaking news but the scaffolding was removed at some point. There's also what appears to be an entertainment venue space called "Pink Light Stage" on the commercial unit at grade. I don't quite pass by the area often enough to tell how long they've been there though.
