Pretty ho-hum. I would have liked a bit more color and contrast.

I give it a generous C-minus overall. It does look more flattering when there's sun shining on it, but the heavy-handed spandrel corner definitely drags the whole score down. Otherwise, the rest of the building is alright, and does include retail spaces along Kingston Road.

Yup, the announcement also 'funds' projects well underway that have had their financing in place more than 12 months.
It's more than a little bizarre. At this rate, I expect an announcement funding the new mouth of the Don River any day now.
