I’m disappointed to see the parking structure built this tall and this close to the water, such wasted sightlines. All the renders conveniently exclude the parking structure, they know it’s going to look terrible. We all know it.

Ahem, this particular poor person quite likes the streetcars. Allows for a street level view while providing a ride as smooth as the subway. Infinitely preferable to buses where one's tailbone is subject to abusive vertical forces from rough asphalt and potholes while simultaneously one's entire body is subject to abusive horizontal forces by aggressive accelerating & breaking drivers.
Not gonna lie, I am transit geeky & cash-strapped enough that I have taken a streetcar from one end to the other just to feel like I was on a trip, since it's about the only one I can readily afford. No "Sunday drives" for me as a car is way out of budget.
You've already revealed your condescending attitude towards homeless people on other threads, now you wanna go after the working poor too?
Apologies to everyone else for going off topic, this "off hand remark" just irked me too much to say nothing, but I won't continue this segue.

This shot is from 80ft in the air, this isn't a sightling anyone will have parking garage or not.
