Wow I want to cry ha ha ! The bottom section part of this development has a lot of precast slab happening as seen in the photos up above ! Lord knows we need more solid looking podiums !

Huh? This has nothing to do with the street level - the north facade (northern volume, to be more accurate) of the building is clad in precast. The other 3 facades are glazed - from street level to the top.

Not to undersell this building but my favourite feature so far is how it is blocking the south face of the DoubleTree hotel...
