UXO in the middle of the city? I know they usually just drive these things out to the spit and destroy them, though I am hoping it can be disarmed and kept in one piece for historical value.

The Armoury was actually across the street, where the courthouse is. My spies in our offices that can see what's going on say that nothing is happening. Though they are waiting for a guy in a Jeremy Renner suit or the robot to come.

Wow, that is pretty cool. Good to see the bulk of the height shifted to the west. This will be very prominent from NPS, and will appear in a lot of City Hall photos, so let's hope for something nice

Nothing other than whats above, ............height of 135m on the western portion of the site and a height of 95m on the eastern portion.
At 135m, i assume it will be around 25-28 storeys at its tallest point, also doesn't seem it will be a box

135 meters is closer to a 40 storey condo tower, so it's gonna be quite tall for an institutional building.

The form and the notional of a central atrium as an organizing element - but gawd the finishing is awful and the overall effect is one of cheap justice.
