Toronto One Old Mill & Two Old Mill | ?m | 12s | Tridel | Kirkor Architects

It looks far better in the sun, 42! Such a dreary morning today.

cashman: Yes, at Two Old Mill. I can't wait either. I'm not normally a fan of big, chunky masses of building...but I'm digging these two masses for some reason. Plus, I love BWV having family ties here. As a kid I always thought what a waste of prime land that the car dealerships occupied for so long. So part of my soul has always been here.

It may be conservative, but as someone who lives in a high-design building, I'm beyond happy to move into something that you consider awful. 'Stunning architecture' goes out the window when that's the ONLY thing that gets a passing grade. Tridel, on the other hand, is a dream to deal with. They are going to treat us well here :)

agreed RC1, I'm in One Old Mill and look forward to my high southern city view and living in a status building and the BWV area.

Building is starting to look pretty nice, except for the grey mullings at the ground floor Bloor street level. comments?

Since you haven't provided us with any photos to comment on, I can only assume you are looking for comments on your post. You spelled 'mullions' wrong.
