Yonge and st Clair looks like it would be a promising location for a design college of some sorts. I hope midtown will eventually have some post-secondary institutions. This would make the area more hip and student friendly.

There's zero student housing in the area currently… but maybe the local dowager class could be convinced to rent out the second, third, fourth, fifth bedrooms?

Er...I think Mr. Au's pics where taking about a week ago. And it appears even then the site was going in full excavation mode....so something is definitely happening!
