That's an ad for the rendering company that produced that image.

Building looks like a 90's bank tower. It's unique in our skyline but dated.

Is there any on site parkland dedication?

I love this building it looks unique especially being located in the Yonge, St Clair ave area. l wouldn't be surprised if it turns into something more blan than It is now if and when it gets approved.

I think it looks as if it should have a large red eye suspended over its pinnacle ... but I do, sort of, like it.

It (especially the crown at the top) looks much like the US Bank Tower (formerly the Library Tower) in Los Angeles:

You're more concerned about a height reduction than watering down the design? To me, the height is the least interesting part of this project.

Yes i'd hate to see this design watered down, but i disagree, the height is what makes this design very interesting...truthfully i would like to see it at 75s/250m
can someone photo shop a 24 storey version of this and compare

This is Studio Gang first project here in Toronto but i'm sure it won't be their last, you never know
