Well, just to nitpick...
Tridel has not yet categorically stated that they will stop at 85 storeys, but the receiver has only referred to it as an 85-storey building (or 86 storeys, but no-one knows where that number comes from). In any case @elad, it will definitely not be 94 storeys as they did not manage to receive zoning approval for more than 91 storeys.
I do not believe that we will know for sure that it is only going to 85 storeys until the new marketing campaign begins, whenever that happens... but I think that is the most likely outcome.

Photos taken today, Friday (Feb. 14). As underlined in the posts above, the tower has now started on the work above the 4th mechanical level as construction heads to the final stretch. If the ultimate height is lower, then one more hanger section to add, if higher, two more, if I read the old plans correctly. As seen above, since my post last Friday, most of the super column forms have risen, along with the core, to do level 79 - maybe even 80 - as they rise above the 4th mechanical level. That would put the tower at 275.675 m at the ceiling of 79 / floor of 80. That equals Scotia Plaza at 275 m for 3rd highest building in the city. (#2 is The St Regis at 276.9 m, #1 is First Canadian Place at 298.1 m - according to Wikipedia, can't vouch for its accuracy.) Meanwhile, three of the blue corner forms have moved up, joining the NE corner, all are now at level 70 or 71. If the latter, that is the floor attachment point for the next set of hangers, the upper attachment points on the super columns at level 76 now visible on most corners. Not as much movement with the black Rail Climbing Systems installing the skin below. Only the west RCS has moved up, joining the north RCS at level 53, the east RCS remains at level 54. On the south face, only a bit of cladding is newly visible, on level 54.
Starting with the view from Yonge at Dundas to the south, then closer from Charles east of Yonge, with a tighter shot of the extent of cladding on the south face with the crane. And the nice light play on that side. Views from Bloor to the west by Holt Renfrew, including views of the top and north and west RCSs from there. The view from Cumberland east of Bay, including a tighter shot where the corner forms are up and the upper attachment points for the next set of hangers are visible. The view from the NE corner of Yonge and Bloor and slightly to the east, with another tight shot of the top. Finally, the view from the SW on Queen's Park Cres W north of Hoskin.

Exciting and yet sad to be entering this final phase. The last six residential floors should be done early April. And then maybe three months to do the crown levels, because it’s The One and nothing is easy or quick.

Considering they're currently building an external eastern entrance, I doubt that'd even be considered right now.
Added: Looking at the current station box and the alignment of the Bloor line, it'd be really far away from where the actual trains run, making for a long hallway just to get to your ride.
