It only seems like yesterday that Mr. BloorMan was taking shots over the tower to see the horizon on the west...

I’d say the building is nearly 900 feet (274m) I doubt it’s higher than aura right now but I wouldn’t be surprisedAnyone know how tall it is right now? Also does anyone know what orientation the crane is at night?
Cranes tend to be 'parked' to match the wind direction (and reduce exposure) so their orientation varies.Anyone know how tall it is right now? Also does anyone know what orientation the crane is at night?
As an AI model creator that is super embarrassing and gives us a bad rap, even the video itself had some images from other cities when he was specifically talking about Toronto which makes no sense. Just sloppy....What is that thumbnail

Seminars and presentations? Was there not an opportunity to ask whether this thing is rising to 85 or 91? Someone must know! Our panel at the Buildings Show on Supertalls happened this morning, and I have to say that the presentation by Earl Mark (and some of his colleagues at Core Architects) on this building was just great, quite fascinating, with lots of details that even the nerdiest of UrbanToronto types would be impressed and maybe even surpirsed by... good enough that we are hoping to bring the live show to one of our online webinars in 2025 so that you all have the opportunity of seeing it!
I really enjoyed the whole event but Earl Mark’s presentation was captivating. I could have listened to him all day. I like how he discussed how the building was designed around the main floor retail from day one. I can’t imagine anyone else in that space after all that work.
We'll let you know, likely early in 2025, when it will happen. Stay tuned!

Why does the glass look way more defined and darker closer to the base and it looks more dim and gray the higher you go?December 8, 2024:
