Anyone know how tall it is right now? Also does anyone know what orientation the crane is at night?

I’d say the building is nearly 900 feet (274m) I doubt it’s higher than aura right now but I wouldn’t be surprised

Cranes tend to be 'parked' to match the wind direction (and reduce exposure) so their orientation varies.
Our panel at the Buildings Show on Supertalls happened this morning, and I have to say that the presentation by Earl Mark (and some of his colleagues at Core Architects) on this building was just great, quite fascinating, with lots of details that even the nerdiest of UrbanToronto types would be impressed and maybe even surpirsed by... good enough that we are hoping to bring the live show to one of our online webinars in 2025 so that you all have the opportunity of seeing it!

Photos taken today, Friday (Dec. 6). Since my update post last Friday, some movement on the tower, though not on top where it seems they are continuing work on the 4th mechanical levels, 77 and 78. As for the blue corner scaffolds below, they are up a level to around level 66, starting to envelop the hangers installed last week. And below that, the north and west Rail Climbing Systems installing the skin on the building have joined the east RCS and are all parked at level 49. A milestone as the first small section of skin to reach level 50 is visible on the south face.
The usual slew of shots, starting from Yonge and Dundonald to the south, then a shot from James Canning Gardens slightly to the east and north of Dundonald. A wide shot from Charles east of Yonge, and a tighter view showing that little bit of skin on level 50 on the south side. Three shots from by Holt Renfrew on Bloor west of Yonge, then two shots from Cumberland east of Bay. The view from Bloor east of Yonge in two shots, then from the NE corner of Bloor and Yonge, and from the intersection below looking up. And a final shot from Queen's Park Cres W, north of Hoskin. And an added extra from yesterday, Thursday, sunset on Bloor by High Park and Keele/Parkside.

I really enjoyed the whole event but Earl Mark’s presentation was captivating. I could have listened to him all day. I like how he discussed how the building was designed around the main floor retail from day one. I can’t imagine anyone else in that space after all that work.

My Unit circled in red. Any guesses on if or when I will occupy it 
The Receiver is working towards 85 storeys. If they were to announce a sale to a new owner, the new owner could choose to go higher as the building is designed to handle more, and 91 is permitted by the City.
While those are the facts, I can also speculate: who would buy this and take on all that debt?!?!?!? I do not believe that KEB Hana will end up, therefore, with someone buying it from them... ...but they will likely end up with a development partner to take over seeing the building completed and sold.
I know that they have talked with at least three developers, and while there's one name floating around the aether as most likely partner, I can't leave their name here given my job, and I am waiting like you and everyone else to find out who the development partner will ultimately be.
Finally, I don't know what a "drop dead date" might be re: an announcement that could potentially have this continue to 91 storeys... but it's not going to that height UNLESS there's a new development parter says "yeah, we want to get this to 91."
Ack, I wish you'd introduced yourself after the event! Were you one of those who asked a question? Anyway, yes, Earl's presentation was excellent (hence why we're going to try to redo it online in 2025!)
