Yeah it's made pretty evident with the RCS being completely dissembled for the core that we are at final height You can also tell by looking the steel columns that there are no additional floors The building has been crowned and we should all revel in the beauty that it currently is because those extra six floors would have been nice but I actually like the 85 story better

To get a better idea of that...

I think they will pour the thicker core Tuned Mass Damper floor next. Hard to believe the walls for this room would not be reinforced concrete as well - just in case it lets loose??
