So we usually take a month to form out a mechanical floor and then one floor per week after that this means we should see this project topping off by early April

What a contrast. The One is a thing of beauty yet Bay Street in the foreground is one of the most astonishingly ugly stretches of downtown. On the east side from St. Joseph to Charles East there's not a redeeming square inch to be found. It's a total do-over; that 5 lane 'road' included.
