Given the long distance from High Park to Yonge or even Bathurst, it definitely appears to be a telephoto shot, like the one I have below from today:

The time that this is the tallest structure in Yorkville is so palpable I can almost taste the feeling!
Can't wait for this to utterly dominate the skyline of this area! By around 70 metres once topped out!

Yes, you're right if all the rumours are true about the height being capped at 308m.
I'm still rooting for 328m height for The One! Hence my 71m height difference from the 257m tall One Bloor East.
