Toronto One Bloor East | 257.24m | 76s | Great Gulf | Hariri Pontarini

Some people just can't find positivity in their lives. I for one think regardless this is one fine addition to the city.

The last 4 photos show what a huge impact the balcony curves will have on the overall look. This is on an overcast day too!

What a cool city in the distance...

...this will always be Uptown to me. I think it's a fitting moniker.

I never knew the construction crane on One Bloor East was easily visible from Danforth and Woodbine.

I can't wait to see how the The One looks from there as I live really close. Also curious if the curved balconies will make any difference from that distance.

great shots kotsy. This is such a beautiful building. I've seen Aqua in Chicago in person, and 1Be puts it to shame in so many ways. So nice to have such a good addition to Toronto.

It does remain to be seen what effect the balcony glass will have from a distance, but as your killer pics show kotsy, it's going to be stunning up close. Thanks for them!

i wonder how it might have looked with a slightly different colour used on each "strata" - to help emphasis the dynamic accent of the balconies.
