NOTTING HILL
Notting Hill is an exciting new development coming to Eglinton & Royal York where everything you need is just moments away -- the upcoming Mount Dennis Transit Hub will connect you to an all-new, convenient rapid transit experience to get you where you need to be, better, faster and easier with the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, Royal York Subway Station, Kipling GO Station, Highways 427, 401, Gardiner Expressway & So Much More!

Notting Hill Condos is a four-tower mixed-use master community with 1360 residential units.
The towers consist of a 3 – 25 storeys Building and 1 – 21 storeys Building. Retail spaces will be included on the ground floor of Building facing Eglinton Ave and private road in the middle of the site. There will be 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom suites and bachelor units.

Being from a top builder like Lanterra, you can expect a variety of amenities inside the compound such as
  • Lush green spaces
  • Fully equipped fitness centre
  • Luxurious lobby
  • Lounge
  • Kids play area and more
There will be 23,000 sq.ft. of indoor amenity space along with 30,000 sqft of outdoor amenity space. As well, the west end of the site is proposed as a 30,000 sq.ft. of Public Park. There will be 1,190 vehicle parking spaces and 1,032 bicycle parking spaces are proposed in 3 levels of underground parking. 155 cars and 11 bicycle spots for visitors and retail use. Some of the bicycle parking spaces are housed at ground level. Known for Lanterra Developments exquisite design, the new condos will likely have a unique architecture that supports sustainable green living. Offering a fine balance of location, luxury and lifestyle, Notting Hill Condos is the one of its kind hot condo development in Etobicoke.

Notting Hill gives you amazing access to an attractive list of amenities. The vast green space along the Humber River offers more than enough space to explore the great outdoors. A short commute in any direction will get you to all of your dining, shopping, and entertainment needs. Urban amenities and natural surroundings offer you the best of both worlds!

Traveling in this area by vehicle is quite efficient as Highway 401 and 427 are nearby. Those who want to get downtown for work or play are reasonably close to the Gardiner Expressway. Transit users can hop onto region buses that connect riders to various TTC subway stations. The upcoming Crosstown LRT will offer the area a terminal stop called Mount Dennis which is expected to be extended in the future. This westward extension of the Crosstown LRT could eventually serve the site more directly with a stop at Royal York Road. Additionally, the Weston GO Station carries riders directly to Union Station in 17 minutes.

This residential neighbourhood in eastern Etobicoke was long regarded as a low-rise residential neighbourhood but real estate investors are seeing the potential of making this the next epicenter for development. While the crosstown LRT will make this already accessible neighbourhood even more accessible, the local amenities and natural habitat ambiance makes bids this locale the next up and coming place to live and raise a family.

This property will have tower B, with 33 floors, right in the center of the community, which will be the highest peak for this residential set up surrounded by the shorter towers, positioned to the west and the east. The central tower, 102 meters tall, springs from a base, which has 8 storeys, with a commercial and service space in level with the ground. To the west, the 24-storey building fashioned with a heightened podium with 10 floors, ranging to the tower’s west, alongside Eglinton.
The 33-storeyed central tower, to its East, has the other three towers, which will be structured in this site, expanding further east. Facing Eglinton, buildings ‘C’ and ‘D’, at 27 and 30 floors, respectively, will have a joint use of the facilities area on floor number two, with stores places at level with the ground.
Up north, will be tower E, with 18 storeys. Service area will be planned on the ground stage with a complete facilities area of 2,850 m², indoor. The township also has an external space for amenities planned that will be spread across the five towers, alongside landscaping charted, courtesy of NAK Design Strategies.
This project has a 50/ 100 walk score and their transit score is 66 on 100. This new community will be in the Humber Heights-Westmount neighborhood in Toronto. There are greenery and parks nearby this project such as Ukranian Canadian Memorial Park, Scarlett Heights Park and Scarlett Mills Park.

I love it how it says that the station is close to Royal York when the Mulham station is actually closer.

Mind you, I doubt Mulham will survive the Doug Ford design changes.

The end of the garden centre closest to Royal York and eglinton has been emptied out to make way for the sales centre as of two weeks ago. There was some heavy machinery onsite a while back as they were making a temporary access off of Eglinton
