I think the thing I hate so much about spandrel is that it reminds me and probably many of you of framing. This type of spandrel application makes the wall look unfinished as if your suppose to attach some type of real cladding to it and the mullions are the anchor points. It's too messy looking to be accepted as the final product.

So so disappointed in everyone involved with this project. Spandrel is unacceptable, let alone spandrel that isn't even executed well. I've seen better use of spandrel in City Place.
