Walked by the 31 Condominium site last week and site supervisor was there cleaning out the showroom. Told me the demolition was being done today, Monday June 6th and as I passed by at 9:30am all the billboard signs on the roof were down and demolished, site has temporary fencing all around but no one on site and no equipment.
June 7th equipment back on site tearing the building down from the back, east side. Bucket and concrete hammer sitting next door ready after building removed.

Does anyone know the actual building surveyed lot length and width, and where the back of the lot ends. I've seen one surveyor's marker that looks like it could be separation of Goode and 31 Condominiums at the very back, east side. But all the fencing in the back has 2 different areas before it meets the Green P parking lot. Guess my question is does 31 Condominiums end at existing Green P parking.

I’m not sure it really registers in the public consciousness that there are three towers coming to this site, and that the distillery will essentially be doubling in size. Very excited to see how the public realm of these three buildings extends and enhances the distillery feel further south.
Not many know what's coming. I wanted to see Goode as soon as the presentation center opened and even the agent told me this is the last of the developments in this area. My inside voice said what about 31 Condo, 31R condo and 370 and 370A Cherry Street. My I kept quiet and listened to her presentation. Other buyers will be upset to find out there's only a west view with no balconies. So I'm looking forward to seeing the finish line. And then watching the Portlands evolve from the top of 31 Parliament
