I was going to post this in another thread as no $, building, application etc but on reading it again it sounds large enough (studios, theatre, museum) to warrant a thread as I’m sure much more will be coming out about it soon.

This might be a good addition to Old City Hall or on the waterfront at Parliament Slip!
