It looks weird to me - I grew up in this area and I'm so used to the hasty market strip being there that it's a shock every time I see it haha..

The june 30th post shows it topped out at 12st 
To be clear - the project isn't completed yet, just that it's been topped out at 12 storeys, not 14 as in the database.

Thanks for clarifying that, the database has been updated. I presume there's still a crane here?

I will be possibly coming down there by the Friday or Saturday this weekend, if the weather permitting and possibly rain by the weekend it will probably reschedule to next weekend.
