as its been said before, hopefully those exposed concrete columns at grade will be finished with metal cladding or something ... exposed concrete makes this project look very unfinished IMO

It appears not. There's lighting fixtures installed now on the concrete columns over by the laneway so I think we have the answer to that question now.

It irritates the hell out of me that the taller tower still doesn't have that grey band around the top... it's mostly insulation material showing. Drives me crazy lol, cuz otherwise it's such a clean modernist tower.
 
Are those concrete pillars at the base remaining like that? Why does Toronto continually use concrete as a finished product?

If they installed lighting fixtures on them.... then they probably are.
