If this continues to occur, Lanterra should be blackballed by the city for future developments. They clearly have issues with the quality of their workmanship.

It is not the glass - it is the design of the railing assembly, and the overlap at the bottom of the slab.I dont know about blackballed by the city
How about getting rid of the contract they have with the glass mfg./glass installers...there developments dont seem that bad.

Why not the police? How is chunks of glass falling from your building not seriously illegal?If there is any sort of sanction imposed upon the developer it will come from Tarion.

I hope these recent events will shift the way developer’s construct condos in Toronto. No more ocean coloured glass boxes, with tacky balconies.
