Agree; but I'm more enthused for the new retail and streetscape that will help animate and beautify this section of Dundas; as well as for the new connection at Augusta that will better integrate Alexandra Park w/the surrounding community.

@DavidCapizzano is that the brick we were render-promised? It seems a bit 'cooler' than the render to me. But maybe that's just the light.

Disappointed to see the red bricks are indeed maroon and the white precast grid will in fact be grey.
