For me, there's three different kinds of design on the extreme lower scale of developments. That is...

1) "They're not even trying!", which goes to the likes of "Design" Haus and to the degree, Baka Nobu.
2) "WTF where they thinking?", to which goes the likes of Strada and the Anti-Social.
3) "That's strange, I would of never thought of that...", which goes to the likes of Ellie and "Artistry".

...so despite it's dubious choice of materials this one seems to fall into the latter, IMO. As in, it's so "out there" it's almost charming. >.<
 
Almost looks like a build you’d find on a side street in a secondary Japanese city. The cut outs on the balcony slab still having glass railings spanning the gap… so extra
