that last pic is such a weird viewpoint because it looks so far from NXT when in reality it's right across the street and right infront of 15 windermere. That new development that is slated for just south of NXT is truly right across the street yet looks so far from Mirabella in this pic.

When 2002 Lake Shore West and Southport Square are finished, the area will form an interesting skyline.

From some angles it will look like eastern extention of Humber Bay Shores. On the other side, intensification around Mimico GO will probably look like the western extension of the HBS.

Looking forward to see how it all will look once most of the development is completed.

Such a missed opportunity at the doorstep of Toronto - both the waterfront and eastbound Gardiner. This could have been iconic, but instead they are building a piece of junk straight out of the 2001 Peel Condo Guide.

There was some modest activity on that site and they have asked for a temporary sales office to be built there recently. I know that there is a lot of opposition from the neighboring residents for this to get going, primarily because of likely traffic jams, but looks like this is going ahead regardless. On a plus side, it will include retail space, so at least some people will be happy once this is built.
