the first panels of the art facing the Gardiner are up. No pics as I was driving, but it looks surprisingly bright and cheery. Bright blue. I didn't mind it.

Thank god for the 'vibrant' art installation going up along the side of the building, acts as a cool entryway when driving into the city along the Gardiner. Other than that, those elevations on these towers are blaaah.
